DRAGONBOT TEAMS
The Dragonbots robotics program competes in two FIRST Robotics programs with two different teams..
The #48425 Jr. Dragonbots compete in FIRST LEGO League (FLL), FIRST’s elementary-school robotics program. FLL uses LEGO-based robotics to introduce younger students to engineering, programming, teamwork, and problem-solving through hands-on competition.
The #17005 Dragonbots compete in FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC), FIRST’s middle- and high-school robotics program. FTC teams design, build, program, and compete with larger robots made from metal and other components.
Together, the Jr. Dragonbots and Dragonbots provide students with opportunities to grow through robotics as they progress from elementary school into middle and high school.
